EDITORIAL The Multi-disciplinary OSCOTECH Journal of Science, Technology and Management is a bi-annual production that was established as an avenue to present researchers’ finding, ideas and knowledge to the outside world. This edition is a conglomerate of well-researched articles by a wide spectrum of experienced, seasoned academics and practitioners in various fields of science, Technology and Management. This Second Edition is made possible through pragmatic efforts of our esteemed reviewers/external assessors and editors, who have sacrificed their time and energy at various stages of the publication processes. It is noteworthy to state that your contributions are commendable. Appreciation to the Chairman, Editorial Board, in person of the Rector of the College (Dr. S. A. O. Adegoke) for his purposeful leadership style and unalloyed support towards the publication of this Second Edition. The entire OSCOTECH Management teams, as well as the current publication committee members deserve commendation for their various roles played in achieving these well-articulated empirical research findings in various fields of endeavours. EDITORIAL POLICY OJOSTAM is a bi-annual journal of Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke with full support of the Tertiary Education Fund (TETFund). The journal is primarily concerned with publishing research articles, reviews, innovations in diverse fields as Management, Sciences, Engineering and Environmental Studies. Opinions espoused on any issue are that of the writer(s) and do not reflect the views of the Editorial Board. GUIDELINES FOR PUBLICATION Coverage: the cover page should bear the title of the paper, name(s) of the author(s) and place of work. Format: Article should not exceed 15 to 20 pages (including diagrams, figures, drawings, etc.) Title: Article titles should be in capital letters 14pt font. Sub-Titles – Title casing – 12pt font. Sub-Sub-Titles – Sentence casing – 12pt font. Text: 12pt font. All in Times New Roman font. Important sections should be defined thus: Abstract 1.0 introduction 2.0 methodology 3.0 results & discussions 4.0 conclusion & Recommendation 5.0 References Graphic aids should be numbered continuously and not according to section e.g. Fig. 1 2 3 4 5 and not 1.2, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1. Erudition: Article should be original, well researched and properly referenced, and should not have been published previously. Abstract: Article should contain an abstract of not more than 150 to 200 words and a maximum of five (5) key words. Reference: References should conform to APA style. Assessment: submitted article will be peer-reviewed. Submission: two hard copies of the article and a soft copy in a rewritable Compact Disc (CD) should be submitted to: DR. O. P.
